From first conversation to final installation, we offer a hands-on, guided experience — tailored to your project, your space, and how you live. Our process is simple, structured, and designed to give you clarity at every stage.

We begin with a conversation — whether over email, phone, or in person — to understand your space, your needs, and your vision. We’ll arrange a site visit to measure and review the context, then develop initial concepts and layouts. From there, we provide a detailed design proposal including materials, finishes, and any key technical requirements.

Once the design is approved, every element is made in-house at our Livingston workshop. Using a combination of traditional joinery and modern machinery, we build each component with care and precision. You’re welcome to visit the studio during this stage and see your project come to life.

When everything is ready, our team handles the full delivery and installation with the same attention to detail. We’ll coordinate timings, ensure a clean fit, and fine-tune every element on site — leaving you with a finished space that feels resolved, intentional, and made to last.
