Stirling Country House

Set within a grand country estate, this house offered a rare opportunity to create a bespoke kitchen that complements the home’s historic presence while serving the needs of contemporary family life. Our brief was to build, and install cabinetry that would feel rooted in the building’s character — detailed, traditional, and built to last. The space was reimagined as a light-filled gathering place, with a focus on generous proportions, tactile materials, and considered craftsmanship.

A long run of cabinetry, finished in soft cream tones, anchors the space with a central AGA framed by tailored joinery and glazed wall units. The oak-topped island — detailed with open shelving, drawers, and a wine rack — brings warmth and practicality to the heart of the room. Opposite, a classic dresser houses daily essentials with quiet purpose. Across the design, thoughtful touches include bespoke pull-out oil drawers, LED-lit upper units, and tailored housings for appliances — all contributing to a kitchen that balances modern convenience with timeless charm.
