Great Stuart Street

A full renovation of a grand New Town apartment, designed to bring light, function, and flow to a previously segmented home. We crafted a complete set of bespoke cabinetry and fitted furniture throughout, with a soft hand-painted finish paired with dark-stained oak. The kitchen is anchored by a triangular island—shaped to suit the space—and framed by simple shaker fronts with thoughtful detailing. From open shelving to angled storage, every decision was made to work with the character of the room and make best use of the available space.

This is a kitchen designed for living. The bar area features mirrored splashbacks and integrated wine cooling, with concealed pull-outs for tall bottles and glassware. Open oak shelving and a custom-framed canopy hood add warmth and texture, bringing balance to the softer painted cabinetry. The result is a calm, considered interior that blends traditional form with subtle, modern function.
